Getting ready the night before
- Go to sleep at a reasonable time. Many studies suggest that adolescents should sleep 9 to 10 hours a night. But it's up to you. Some people can live well with 7 hours of sleep, while others need at least 11 hours.
- Activate your alarm clock. Many like alarm clocks with music. It's always good to be awake with your favorite music. Many people need at least an hour to get up, get dressed and have breakfast. If you like to bathe in the morning, set aside from 30 minutes to an hour to treat your hygiene.
